Meet Our Founder,
Coreen Ruiz
I created Inner Pttrn to make herbalism and natural ways of healing more accessible to women of all backgrounds, ages and experiences.
I was personally dealing with a myriad of health issues, and found that doctor after doctor wasn't taking my pain and problems seriously. After a ton of frustrating appointments, and even more research, I discovered a Naturopath who finally heard my concerns and helped me on my healing journey. Within 6 months, my symptoms were healed or well on their way!
I had to do all this work by myself, and fortunately I had the time and the resources to do so....and lets be honest, a lot of people don't, which is why I created Inner Pttrn.
You're not alone, let's do this together!
