Inner Pttrn was born out of my own healing journey, one filled with chronic health challenges that mainstream medicine often dismissed. 

After countless frustrating appointments, I finally connected with a naturopathic doctor who listened and helped me ask the deeper questions—Why was I sick? How did my body get to this point? This shifted everything for me. I began to reclaim my power by learning my body, healing my inner child, and deepening my spirituality. While that one doctor didn’t heal me, they gave me the tools to continue seeking the health support I truly needed. I’m still on my healing journey, but it feels empowering to know that I’m in control of it!

I created Inner Pttrn to make that same empowerment accessible to everyone!

Healing isn’t just physical—it’s about breaking cycles of pain, misinformation, and generational patterns, and reconnecting with ourselves on every level. 

We’re rewriting our stories, embracing spiritual healing, and creating a community where people from all backgrounds can thrive together.
