Welcome to Inner Pttrn: A Journey to Liberation and Authenticity
Healing isn’t a straight path. It’s messy, it’s unexpected, and sometimes it’s about unlearning just as much as it is about learning. Inner Pttrn came from my own journey—one filled with big shifts, deep healing, and a lot of trial and error.
If you found me through To Be Magnetic, you might already know part of my story. I shared how my health struggles were dismissed by traditional medicine, how getting laid off pushed me out of corporate life, and how I eventually created Inner Pttrn. But a lot has happened since then, and I want to share the real, raw version of this journey with you. Because it definitely hasn’t been all smooth sailing.
How Inner Pttrn Started
When I first launched Inner Pttrn in 2023, I felt unstoppable. Everything was flowing, doors were opening, and I really believed I had found my thing. I wanted to create a space where people could heal deeply—where we could reconnect with ancestral wisdom, honor our cycles, and break the patterns holding us back.
But in the beginning, I was afraid to talk about the deep-rooted issues. I worried that if I went too deep, I’d alienate people or seem too intense. So I kept things light—I’d say, "Come to Inner Pttrn, it'll be fun, relaxing, chill vibes." But over time, I realized that wasn’t my truth. The real work isn’t just about feeling good in the moment—it’s about transformation. Now, my message is, "Come to Inner Pttrn, we’re going to talk about the real issues and hold each other accountable as we break cycles." That shift changed everything. It gave me permission to fully step into my purpose, and it made Inner Pttrn what it is today.
For a while, it worked. I opened a beautiful space in Astoria, held incredible events, and built an amazing community. But then, something shifted.
The Hardest Lesson: Letting Go
I went from feeling completely aligned to questioning whether I had made the wrong choice. My funds were quickly drying up, and I kept asking myself, 'If I am meant to do this, why isn’t it working?”.
Lack mentality has been something I’ve been working to overcome since childhood. That’s the thing about healing—as we grow, new layers of the same issues come up. I thought I had moved past it, but when challenges arose, old fears and scarcity-based thinking resurfaced. It was a reminder that healing isn’t about reaching a finish line, but about continuously peeling back layers, learning, and choosing a different path each time.
There’s so much pressure to make things work, especially when you’ve poured your heart (and money) into something. For a long time, I saw closing a chapter as failure. But I’ve learned that failure isn’t the end—it’s information, a lesson guiding us toward what truly aligns. Sometimes, we have to try something to realize it’s not actually what we want. As much as I loved having a physical space, I had to admit that owning a brick-and-mortar business didn’t align with my personal values. I had to let it go, trust in my own evolution, and make space for something better.
What’s Next for Inner Pttrn
Letting go of the physical space wasn’t the end—it was a shift. I realized my real passion isn’t just about holding space, it’s about educating, guiding, and building a movement.
Inner Pttrn is now evolving into A School for Cycle Breakers—a place for deep learning, ancestral wisdom, and real transformation. We’re focusing on:
Virtual Programming, like Wisdom of the First Nations and other long-format courses coming in 2025.
Virtual Services, including Intuitive Energy Healing, Astrology & Tarot, Ancestral Readings, and Flower Essences.
This shift feels so much more aligned. It allows for more freedom, deeper impact, and a way to connect with even more people who are ready to do the work.
What This Means for You
I want Inner Pttrn to be a space for those who are ready to go deeper—to reclaim their power, break cycles, and build lives they actually want to live. If you’re here, reading this, you’re already on that path with me.
So, let’s keep going. Let’s embrace the pivots, the unknowns, and the lessons along the way. Let’s rewrite the story that says change is failure—because really, it’s just the next step.
This is only the beginning.
