Coreen is the founder of Inner Pttrn! She is a Certified Level II Reiki Practitioner and Herbalist Apprentice. Coreen is passionate about expanding the accessibility of a holistic approach and believes that wellness should not be a luxury. She offers Intuitive Energy Healing and Reiki Sessions both in her studio in Astoria, New York and virtually!

As a Cuban born girl, in a family of Cuban Dancers, Healers and Mystics she knows on a cellular level the power of using our body's innate intelligence. Her body work began with dance as a child, herbal and energy healing from her mother and grandmothers. Maria quickly realized just how terrified people are of their own body, mind and soul connections. With 30+ years experience in the fitness, wellness and healing arts profession, Maria has mastered the art of helping others tap into their personal power! Using mindful and somatic movement, energy healing and aromatherapy, she brings an experience of total well being to her clients. Because we are all unique and heal in very individual ways, she can facilitate a safe space for people to learn "WHAT" their bodies need and "HOW" to use that wisdom. We are all unique! Nataly Quintero is a first gen latina and Mindfulness Artist on a mission to empower people to cultivate inner peace, holistic well-being, and self-discovery through the harmonious practices of meditation, sound healing, and creative art journaling. Her life's purpose is to provide safe and inspiring spaces where the power of written words become a tool for healing, growth, and transformation while empowering people to cultivate a meditation practice that feels right to them.
We each have unique voices and Nataly believes that by being in community that celebrates the therapeutic and empowering nature of these practices, we can help each other connect to our inner wisdom and lead more conscious and intentional lives.

Patricia
Patricia is a native New Yorker with Costa Rican roots. With her deep passion for women's wellness, sensual movement, and mental health, she has always been drawn to understanding the dual nature of the psyche to embody and integrate the fullness of one's unique potential. After graduating with a B.A. in Psychology in 2016, she became a certified yoga teacher, flower essence practitioner, teen girl life coach, transpersonal life coach, and pole fitness instructor. Her dynamic knowledge base allows her to meet clients where they are at to customize the support she can provide in their unique wellness journey.

Tatiana
Hola! Let me introduce you to Tatiana, a spirited girl from Argentina whose love for wellness, human body and movement knows no bounds. After leaving her studies in English Translation, she stumbled upon the captivating world of fitness and well-being, and as she says, there is no turning back!
Certified as a 500HR yoga teacher, Tatiana explored the world of yoga and realized how many people were coming to her class with tension without realizing where and when they were holding that tension ”. As much as she can help during the class with some adjustments here and there, she thought that wasn't enough. That’s how she decided to get into bodywork. Learning from Thai massage techniques, stretching & yoga movements and acupressure, her sessions go beyond stretches or massages, she will guide you to come to a state of connection with your body, through breathing and self awareness.
What makes Tatiana special is her belief that wellness is not just about getting fit – it's about connecting with yourself on a deeper level, trusting your intuition and the sensations that your body brings in this present moment. That’s the starting point! She encourages her clients to trust her, and together connect and find a way to let go of what no longer serves your body throughout her sessions.
SPIRITUAL MEDIUM + ENERGY READER
Irene
A born and bred native New Yorker with Puerto Rican and Hungarian roots, Irene Rodriguez comes with 20 years of spiritual growth, experience, and mentoring. Irene is an initiated Priestess of Oya, spiritual medium, and energy reader. She began curating intentional waistbeads for women as a tool of alignment and manifestation of their dreams. Waistbeads have supported Irene through her healing and she has a dream of paying it forward to other women who are on their healing journey.
Irene uses crystals, essential oils, water and candles to bring an ancestral and holistic approach to working with clients. She creates a safe space for women to use their personal stories as a source of power.
